Region Nine provides homes and communities that are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment.

Region Nine's previous website struggled to communicate their mission and services effectively. It lacked engaging visuals and looked outdated. Our mission was to create a user-friendly, visually appealing website that not only showcases the important work they do, but prioritizes accessibility for all visitors. We aimed to create a welcoming atmosphere that would resonate with the communities they serve.

In redesigning the Region Nine website, we embraced their existing green color palette and used repeating housing illustrations to reflect their commitment to community and further echo their branding throughout the site. The site features large photos of residents enjoying their communities, as well as interior and exterior shots of available homes.A "search by ZIP" feature enables users to quickly find available units, while state and county filters provide greater flexibility and tailored results. Each property page includes custom-designed floor plans and convenient online application forms, streamlining and enhancing the user experience.
